A fast, well-established 10k road race organised by South Cheshire Harriers.

The route is a 2 lap flat course on the edge of Crewe town centre.

Fixture 5 on the NSRRA calendar.

Prizes for:

1st, 2nd and 3rd Male, 1st 2nd and 3rd Female, 1st Male and Female Vets Categories.

Course description:
The start line is in Electra Way adjacent to the Ramada Hotel. Runners make their way down towards the end of Electra Way, go once around the roundabout, make their way back up Electra Way to exit onto Crewe Road, heading towards the Mini garage. Turning left into Gateway, runners circumnavigate the industrial estate exiting onto Weston Road via Fourth Avenue. At the end of Weston Road the course turns left onto the mile-long straight of Weston Gate North back towards Crewe Green Roundabout, then turns left down Crewe Green Road back towards the Electra Way entrance where runners begin a second lap on the same route. On return from the second lap, runners enter Electra Way for the final run to the finish line.

Race HQ is located at Apollo Buckingham Health Science Campus, Crewe Green Road CW1 5DU The race starts at 09:30. The start is about a 5-minute walk from race HQ.
The course map can be found above; it will also be displayed at the race HQ.
Car Parking is also at Race HQ and will be available from 08:00 hrs. Please note that Apollo Buckingham has introduced paid Car Parking charges this year. Parking Charges are: £1.30 up to 2 hours, £3.50 2 – 4 hours, £5 for the day. Please park as directed by the marshals and car share if possible. Please do not park on Electra Way.
Race Numbers: collected on the day from 08:00 hours at Race HQ Registration closes at 09:00 hrs.
Everyone will receive goodie bags at the end with an Easter Egg, buff, plus other goodies and water.
Water, there will be a water station around the midpoint in the race and water will also be given at the end.
Prize Giving will take place back at Race HQ after the race. NSRRA please wear your letters.

All participants will receive an email with the final race instructions in the week before the race
The race is now sold out, there is no waiting list but people are able to transfer their places if they are unable to run.
The deadline for transfers is midnight on Thursday 28th March. No transfers will be accepted after the deadline.
